WHAT DOES THE WORLD LOOK LIKE, WHEN WE’RE LOOKING WITH OUR SPIRITUAL EYES?
A world aligning with the words of The Bible, given to us for thousands of years ago, about the end times, so that we should not be afraid when it happens?
God is in control, even when it does not look like it. He will make the enemy fight each other.
Remember: As we see evil arise around the world, God is also increasing His empowering of "His workers for the great harvest".
JUST NOW GOD IS SHOWING YOU JUST HOW AMAZING HE IS; THAT HE WANTS TO BE CLOSE TO YOU, AND WORK WITH YOU
God showed me this as I wrote a comment to >> a Fox news video about Newt Gingrich on Nunes' surveillance revelations, and I started to write about how God is in control even when it doesn’t look like it, as shown in the start of this article.
I was just writing down the words that came to me:"..His workers for the great harvest", and God has learned me to take things like this serious.
“The great harvest” is a well known concept in the Bible and among Christians.
It is talking about a great number of people who in the last days, before God is putting an end to all evil, will learn to know God, and be saved from the wickedness of the world, together with all who believe Jesus Christ is Lord and King, and want to be with Him.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU SEE GOOGLE SEARCH RETURN WITH ONE- 1- RESULT?
Well, that happened now.. Rock City Ministries, an evangelical church south of Seattle |
I did the search because I know that not everyone knows what "The great harvest" is. When you are aligned with Gods Heart, He may "speak" to you in the weirdest ways. When that becomes the regular, you are either a psychiatric patient, or you have tapped into something that makes life very interesting.;)
(Yes, Christians talk to someone they can't see, hear things no one else hears, and get messages in their dreams. ;) )
So when this search return with only one result, I chose to see if they have some good words about "the great harvest".
The search result is from a Christian children's group, and that fits great, because:
There is one thing that is important, Jesus tells us, when we shall learn to know The Lord and His Kingdom:
We must be like children, Matthew 8:3:
"Verily I say unto you, Except you be converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven."
This is not a treat, it’s a statement. He wants us to pursue Him, as He pursue us.
There is no room for God within the tiny human mindset.
We must trust Him to take care of us, not only in the physical world, but also with our hearts and souls.
The words of this Christian children's group, shows how this look like.
Here is devotion, commitment, trust and brave hearts.
The web site has Bible verses that support their words, taken from all of The Bible, and not just from the New Testament, like many of today’s churches.
THESE WORDS ARE JUST WHAT YOU AND THE WORLD NEEDS:
- "We believe that our kids are the church of today, and not merely the the church of the future.
- We see a young generation that doesn’t “do” religion but knows relationship (Ephesians 3:17-18).
- Children 100% sold out for God, CONVINCED that what He says is true (John 14:6).
- Our hearts long to see a generation convinced that they can do all things through Christ, taking God’s word at his truest and simplest form (Philipians 4:13).
- We see passionate worshipers (Exodus 34:14), prayer warriors (Luke 18:1) and people of grace and devotion at a young age (Titus 2:11-13).
- Our hearts long to see a young generation, truly surrendering all they are, for the cause of the cross (Galatians 2:20).
- A young generation unashamedly sharing the truth of Jesus (Romans 1:16)."
WHAT WE SEE:
- "Teachers whose hearts are dissatisfied with mediocre Christianity (Revelation 2:4).
- Who are ready to equip and encourage the children to know the reality of God, and to fall in love with him for themselves (Luke 10:27).
- Teachers who are truly chasing after God’s own heart and letting him pour into them as they pour into kids (1 Kings 8:10-11).
- We believe God has anointed and brought up leaders who have a radical passion for this coming generation (Jeremiah 1:5).
- God has chosen and is preparing His workers for the great harvest (John 4:35).
- We see Yakima Evangelical Church bringing up Radically Obedient Christian Kids who are uncontrollably in love with God (Romans 2:13)."

WHAT TO DO WITH THE WORD
Take the words with you in your heart.
Read the scriptures mentioned.
Know that He wants to know just YOU, that He needs YOU in the spiritual fight against the evil of this world.
Your faith and your prayers occupy the atmosphere around you, and even if we don’t understand it fully, this is very important.
God has chosen, as we can see through out the whole Bible, to work together with us.
Speak to Him, and listen to what He tells you.
He never stops.
Our spiritual ears gets weary, but He never stop speaking to us, as long as we have a sincere heart, and give Him our time.
That is the greatest sacrifice you can give Him today.
He will show you "greater things", John.14:12:
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believes on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father."
This goes hand in hand with 2.Chron.7:14:
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
As a joyful answer to the question:”What do intercessory missionaries do?”, Stuart Greaves says with a smile:
“What we do is this — we sit in blue chairs, don’t eat, talk to an invisible person, hear voices and we expect Him to split the skies and rule the earth. Don’t they medicate people who talk like this?”
No, to be a Christian is NOT boring.
To start a relationship with God, is the most exciting relationship you will ever experience. Ever.
