For those of you who do not yet know Jesus Christ: You have the most awesome part of your life still ahead of you!
Decide to ask Jesus to be the leader in your life.
Find a Christian, a church, a Bible, and be prepared for a new and better life!
The one true God and Creator is not a nice theory.
He wants a close relationship with you.

Give your life to Jesus, and prepare to be amazed!
Try to think from your heart, and not your mind, because we cannot fully understand God – He is so much greater than us.
But the Bible is full of stories about how He wants to work with us and through us,
and He still do..

To become a Christian is not the goal.
That is when it all starts..

It’s the start of a wonderful journey that will last for the rest of your life.
You will discover that The Bible is a book of Living Words, it will “speak” to you.
To become a Christian is to gradually be changed from within – to be set free from fears, anger, worries, depressions.

The fruits of God’s Spirit will start to grow in you as you seek to know Him:
Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
(Galatians  5: 22-23)
When you give your life to Jesus, all the fruit of the Spirit are planted inside you in seed form. Through the Spirit you can experience joy and peace in every circumstance, no matter how difficult or painful.
You may not be a naturally patient person, but you can call on the Spirit within to produce patience. If you’re battling unhealthy behaviors, like an addiction or some kind of bad habit, the Holy Spirit can give you the ability to resist the devil and make healthy choices.

If you search God from your heart, you will find Him.
You will discover that HE LOVES YOU.
It is vital that you find a good environment to grow in.
Churches are different – search till you find one where you feel at home.

Healthy signs to look for:
  • They welcome you when you attending the service
  • They start with a good worship – worship is key in the relationship with God
  • They expect  God to be present with His Holy Spirit, and to speak to His church/children

  • They pray for each other, and experience God’s answering their prayers
  • They have house groups you can join – essential for growing as a Christian
  • They have Bible studies, or you shall learn something during the services
  • They are engaged in helping others/tell about Jesus in your town and abroad

When you learn to know the most important person in your life, it’s important that you spend time with Him –every day.
It’s like with any other heart friend.
We spend time with the ones we love.
And God will reward every second you spend with Him.

As your intimacy to the Lord grows, you will discover
that being with Him gives you great pleasure.

Find a time of the day that suits you, and start with 30 minutes to an hour every day to be with God.
Tell family you will not be disturbed, mute your cell phone.
Get a journal to write down thoughts and questions that pups up during the hour.
God may also speak to you through thoughts He gives you, or through specific Word that stands out and gets your attention..
Read the Bible, and pray to Him. Talk to Him like you talk to a friend.

I recommend you start reading in one of the Gospels.
There you read about the life and words of Jesus.
He shows us the true Heart of God.
Here from Johannes 15:
“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.”

If we will abide in Him, we will experience God’s will for our lives, and everything Jesus has will be ours. Abiding means making Jesus the most important person in your life, living and remaining in Him, and making everything in life revolve around Him. That’s when we bear the fruit of a godly life. And that’s when God’s true joy is released in us.

Until you find a good church, this is a good place to start to get teachings about how your faith will help you I your everyday life.
